Using the Ankalad stabilizer

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Anyone recommend a lighter ladder I can use for just windows, as this ladder is now a bit heavy?
Wooden ladders are nice to use but heavy

Go down to B+Q try some smaller ally's out

For everyday ladder use I would always have spikes on bottom

Also slippy it's definite overkill using Ankalad all day on average window cleaning.

Just get used to the ladders you will feel safer with experience

If not then go WFP

Do you mean lower for example the left leg and raise right leg if on uneven ground? I often use mine gardening as well as with windows and find bushes get in the of the stabilizer. For example in the photo I posted where I am climbing on a roof. Do you just put the stabilizers over the shrubs or whatever?

Ankalad levellers

Different bit of kit

More useful than what u have already got

Never tried

Some people swear by spikes for normal use

Ankalad is more for high work and gravel/decking etc

Normal good quality ladder is fine for most jobs

I had my ankalad permanently attached but would only actually use it a couple times a day

I could have done most of those windows with my harris pole and modded wag

The only time i really used them was for gutters
