Right ye my vans broke and the only option I have temporarily is to work from my car now so I brought a 85 litre tank and a few 25 litre water barrels which I will be using to fill the bigger tank up with but it's soaked my back seats and ice on the back floor there's no leaks and im getting ice on the inside windowsI used too work from car. I had a boot liner and a waterproof cover over the back seats. I used to shake excess water off brush after each job and at end of day remove poles and dry anything that was wet.
Is the tank you are having problems with in the car? If so empty it over the weekend and get it out then you can remove the fitting and see if the hole is actually all the way through to the inside or it still has plastic in it.
None of these tank's lids seal completely. We have Wydale tanks with screw on lids. I've found a help is to use a thin smear of vaseline on the o ring in the lid. It helps as it stops the o ring being 'rolled up' when tightening the lid. It's much like lubricating the sealing gasket on a screw on oil filter on your car's engine when doing a service. If you don't lubricate that gasket, it's certain to leak oil there.Right ye my vans broke and the only option I have temporarily is to work from my car now so I brought a 85 litre tank and a few 25 litre water barrels which I will be using to fill the bigger tank up with but it's soaked my back seats and ice on the back floor there's no leaks and im getting ice on the inside windows
Ive tried putting a screwdriver all the way through the hole n nothing comes out very strange so I'm having to feed my pipe through the top hole of the tank
The problem is that you have a relatively large quantity of water at a lowish temp that will be below the dew point temp (the temp that moisture in the air changes from gas to liquid) so this will create moisture on the outside of the tank. This then runs down the tank onto the car. Then you have more moist air in the car that causes more condensation on the interior of the car windows as they will get cold enough to create more dew and the cycle continues!!!Right ye my vans broke and the only option I have temporarily is to work from my car now so I brought a 85 litre tank and a few 25 litre water barrels which I will be using to fill the bigger tank up with but it's soaked my back seats and ice on the back floor there's no leaks and im getting ice on the inside windows

If you are decanting the water out of the containers into the tank you'll be spilling water as you pour that's why your seats will be soaking wet, basically, a bad idea trying to run a van-type set up in a car with a 75ltr tank you should have worked with a Backpack to avoid so much spilling of water the spilling of water is your issue you need to get your car dried out as advised in this post and the other one you've been commenting inI use a load of 25 litre barrels fill my tank as and when I need to
