Mine shows green if I have forgotten to switch plug on or if the connection from charger to backpack isn't quite ' home'

Sorry I can't help you after that.

Did you charge it before you went?

If you did it may not have lost enough charge for the charger to register it and has switched straight to trickle charge maybe?

No mate the battery has gone down to 9.9v just tried my mate's same charger and did the same thing so new battery I think in the morning. Thanks Mark

At 9.9v before you start charging you got a dud cell. New battery time!

I don't know what trolley you're using and for how long, but once I switched to 100% wfp nine years ago I never got more than a year out of any trolley battery other than when I used it for tops only. I now keep a spare on stanby when I know the time is nearly up

That's good going.  I've used a pf trolley for ten years.  My batteries would last almost exactly one year give or take a couple of weeks.  I bought them from various places depending on where I could get the best deals but it was always the same

Hi I have a pure freedom trolley had it for 2 years still going okay. But now seeing this. How do I change the battery once it's had its day? And always where do I buy a new bat from?

Thanks
