What to Quote?

Hi guys,been asked for a quote on these,its my first commercial and i havent a clue what to charge

They want the 12 upper interiors cleaned as a 1off(they filthy with loads of spiders nests),then the exteriors cleaned on a monthly basis.Theres the same amount of windows round the left hand side like the ones where the trolley shelter is.Im in the north east

Honestly it won't take long at all.

I would bill 3 hours for first clean including interior and then an hour for externals in future.

For the spider nests and web break the tip of a long piece of bamboo, insert bamboo stick (now the end has loads of little prongs) into spiders nest, web etc and twist... rolls them up like candy floss.

Thanks for tip on spider webs,so around £120 for 1st clean,then £40 for externals?

If that equates to your hourly targets then yep, that's what I would charge. :thumbsup:
