As I'm only doing big shop fronts and car showrooms etc, I'm thinking I need a bigger squeegy than my Unger 18".

Any thoughts on what I should go for...Ninja...Sorbo etc.

How big is too big.....is it, the larger the squeegy, the harder they are to use....or wouldn't that matter on such large windows.

Must be a swivel handle aswell.

I have just measured by biggest one and for some reason it is 21" anyway thats is as big as i would like to use

by the looks of it there is nothing to big! lol

It's got to be Sorbo get a 30 to start, don't expect to fan with it though, keep to straight pulls down or across, they really do speed things up. Get a big swivel applicator as well. Watch Sorbos videos on you tube or on his web site.

I use an unger 22" S channel in an ergotec handle - works pretty well and I can fan with it. Takes a bit of getting used to but is wicked for big shop windows. Also wayyy cheaper than sorbo or ninja. I'd say go for that combo to start off - should cost you less than a tenner from wintecs.co.uk and if you like you can buy a ninja, if you think it's poo then at least you havent wasted a lot and you've got a length of channel you can cut down to other sizes. For instance, I like using the 22", my friend who I work with sometimes hates it, and just uses a 12" on everything..

Cheers guys.

I was thinking about buying a 22" S channel, but thought the extra 4" compared to my 18" would'nt make that much difference...........

even though the Mrs said..... 'An extra 4" makes a hell of a difference' /emoticons/ohmy.png .

Like Kips said, I'll try the 22" S channel fist to see how I get on with it.

hi ya, belive it or not some large glass shop fronts have a bow in them so using a very long blade is not going to do you any favers as its not going to draw all the water of, i have found the 18" - 22 " ideal for most shop fronts using ettoree soft rubbers.............pete
