Will this van be decent for a 1000 litre tank?

Hi guys.

Im thinking of buying this van to put a 1000 litre tank and system in.

Its 3500kg and has done 50k miles. 

Can anyone advise to whether it would be a good purchase please?

Preferably someone who’s used one.. 

Also would I need to get waterproof flooring put down?

You need to check the payload but yes should be ok I have a mwb 165 buisness + and that has 1640  kg payload , typical Renault but does  the job , I had the floor done with speedliner not cheap but good stuff
