Still trying to devise a suitable scraper/scrubber, have come up with this idea and it's Quik Lok.

Will the thread on the red arm match the one on the gooseneck? Thinking of sticking an abrasive pad or Velcro on the brush socket.View attachment 5341

Or could just screw this on? Are the pads any good for scrubbing off bird muck, could always dab a bit of oil flo on it for tough stuff.View attachment 5342

I bought the unfortunately named red device, and hated it because it catches on soffits or anything that is above a window. Great idea, but flawed, at least it was for me

Why have a scraper.

Just stick a bit of Velcro with super glue on the side of yer brush.

Gets everything off.

Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best.

Gardiner do one that is cheap, it isn't brilliant but it does remove some of the heavier stuff once its been softened. Just search pole scraper on their homepage as this site isn't allowing me to post the link.

You can't use it with Aquadapters.

That card idea is cr@p, can't get to the edge of windows, haven't seen one decent way of dealing with this, from now on it'll be oil flow dabbed on the brush job done no scrapers.
