Wireless trouble

Hey guys I'm hoping someone is about with knowledge of wiring. In the photo you can see the wireless transmitter although it's not working anymore and I would like to do away with it completely but I'm not sure where the wires would go. I'm hoping someone can helpView attachment 7629

I. Take it the piece on wood is the controller There shud only be two wires from pump. Red + yellow - Into controller then two wires out controller Take more pics
