Wrist splint recommendations please?

Hi guys

can anyone recommend a really good wrist splint support which is perfect for working with wfp still and doesn't get in way much? have few wrist problems from my oven valeting days and needing a good splint now getting so busy,

Sometimes I use the Kinesiology tape on my wrist or shoulder to give it a bit of relief.

I've got some on today as sometimes it gets sore after working out and then nags a bit with the wfp work.

I got some on eBay around £8-£9 I believe for 5 metres, also called rock tape (same stuff).

Problem is after 2/3 days when it needs replacing it's like getting your forearm waxed peeling it off [emoji79]

Like that one.

You can get it cheaper on a slow boat from China but it takes about 3 years to get here or something like that LOL.
