Myself I find winning work is much more enjoyable that actually doing the physical job for sure.
Winning work is rewarding, even if it's not worth mega bucks. I think I might have hit on a seam as one new estate that's going up has only had me canvass it so it seems and there will be a total of 80 houses on it when finished. Out of about 13 that are occupied, I've got 5 as of now. I've priced the work keenly, not underpriced, but decent pricing. I should get all 5 done in about an hour and earn a decent rate because they are all very close to each other.

 
when I first started I bought part off a round, this really worked well

i would say within one year i doubled the work in that area

what went against me I was a stranger in that area , new face travelled 45mins to get there

As been said did loose work to start with did,int even get a chance as they say face did,int fit

But I deffernetly bought into a area
