You could download numbers.  It's like excel, there are templates for different spreadsheets or you can make your own, you can input the customer info, have tick boxes when they have paid, input some formulas to give totals of what you have earned the day, week, month, average hourly rate average house price and lots more. Also if you have an iPad you can link the two together and any input you change on one device will change on the other.
