Evening Everyone.
Here’s something for you all to think about ?
Would a chemical injection pump be of interest to you?? You can make one like this for less than £25, it’s easy.
Everything about the Perry Pump, as it has been named, is explained in the videos. But basically it is a dosage/injection pump that slowly injects whatever you want into your pure water feed, crucially after your tank, or even after your DI vessel if it is is your van.
It can be useful for injecting additives, to improve them or to simply bi pass your DI Vessel.
It can also be used for injecting Upvc chemicals while you are scrubbing gutters, Soffits, conservatories etc. Then you simply turn it off and you are back to pure.
You can even use it in winter to inject isopropanol to stop your water freezing.
It’s all @kevinc250 idea, and he is happy to let people know about it and let them know how to build one themselves. I’ve been using it for a good few months and it works great. So if anyone is interested please let me or Kevin know and if there is enough interest we may do a how to video on how to build one and what you need.
It is a really useful bit of kit to have ??
