Go Cardless unaurhorised payments taken

Any one use this I've had £280 taken from my account he asked me to re-sign with Go Cardless the payments I kept up to date have gone from my account?

not sure I  understand exactly what your saying but I had a customer that used the direct debit guarantee to claim back every single payment fraudulently I was told by GC to take it to the small claims court as it was fraud. I went back to the property and they had gone and left a trail of debt behind them. I didn’t get my money back.

Whats the direct debit guarantee?sonds dodgyThanks

It’s to protect consumers but idiots can defraud you by claiming they didn’t set up the direct debit. If they do this they commit fraud and small claims court take care of it.
