I'm turning so much work down in Medway because I won't work in the area. There is work there.

There's money there too. I know it's got its chavy bits but nice areas as well. Maidstone is going downhill with relentless building

Yes, some nice areas there and can be quite lucrative if one is selective. I recently got rid of some jobs in Medway as I needed to reduce my travelling. I've kept my jobs in Rainham though as surprisingly, it's very lucrative. Lots of decent size properties there. 

Yup, maidstone has gone downhill the past 20-40 years but again, some very nice areas. I'm rarely seen in maidstone itself as I tend to go around some of the villages outside of town.
