haha, blades windows off like he just doesn't care, then looks down at an algae covered sill that's never been cleaned since it was installed. Other guy (clearly scripted) is like "ZOMG U mean they don't do the frames?!"

Must be how all ye olde traditional prison scum do it....

Surprised he didn't use an old beer mat as a scrim and have a joint behind his ear to really drive the message home

what trad cleaner dont clean fraims an sills lol no one i no
I regularly get work round here specifically because the trad guys don't do the frames and sills. Not for a second suggesting that is the norm or anything, but it is the case round here quite a lot.

realy im wfp 90 percent but still ttrad a bit but from day 1 ive allways wiped fraims i cant c the point in not cleaning them it takes like 1 minit extra once uve got the first clean out the way lol

just thault my friend dont wipe the top of frams un less asked wich i find odd  there is a lot of cow boys out there i sapose

I have seen a few frames left cant believe it and doors too...I mean the custy has to walk through the door ...ya cant leave dirt all over it...

and once clean..easy to keep that way..

I cleaned 2 houses belonging to the local pole guy today. I always include the affected downstairs windows on pressure washing jobs. Just shocking really. Bird **** everywhere, and one of the custys was moaning about the sills upstairs. lol She said I can do them when he retires. /emoticons/biggrin.png

when i started on my own i made a point of doiing sills coz none of the lads i'd worked for did them unless specially asked & then they charged extra - so did i but in the initial price so no one new & cleaning frames never even occured to me NO ONE up here did it lol

same I'd say 90% of windy s in my area don't clean the frames and sills as standard and charge extra:confused:

What I call old school cleaners do not clean window frames and sills for free. Neither should other cleaners as should be priced into each job. Therfore so say free is not really free now is it /emoticons/biggrin.png

I am asked to clean a customers windows

Frames and sills are part of the Window

So when i quote that is what my price covers as it is not done for free

Those people that don't clean them should put their prices up enough to do the job properly as standard

Should be able to do a couple less houses a day for the same money then

Time is money for old school glass cleaners though. That is also why they charge so little to get loads of work in the first place.

Don't blame the message as I do a proper job honest guv /emoticons/biggrin.png

I'm shaking my cage, what a *** head. And he really thinks that anyone going to hire him is gonna sit through 7 mins of him talking inaudible shite over a soundtrack more suited to a charity saving dogs from being cooked alive in south east asia.

He's an idiot for both thinking that he's right and secondly for even entertaining the idea that posting a video on his website will help his SEO and authority in the window cleaning world.

And he can't bloody trad very damn well can he!

How do you not clean the frame and sills anyhoo... I couldn't leave a dirty frame and sill, the job wouldn't look finished

I've always wondered the same. Especially on white frames where the run off would look shocking.
