Advice on this van guys

Vauxhall Vivaro 2.0CDTi ( 115ps ) ( EU IV ) 2011MY 2700 SWB | in Kirkcaldy, Fife | Gumtree
I've decided to get a larger van. Now I know this has 170 000 on clock but it has full vauxhall service history and in November passed had belts all done and brakes.

It's clean, rust free and 4 new tyres.

Truth be told I feel the partner (current van) just isn't going to cut it now.

Any opinions or advice?

Toyota hiace 2.5ltr is what ive got and its been fantastic, pullls like a train and is pretty good on fuel.
