I brought this year ago primarily to wash cars and vans plus cleaning my driveway.
It's in no way a commercial machine like my Rutland pumps Watertek 13hp machine and will clean most patios etc but no where near the standards and timing of my large machine.
I still have it and it still looks like new due to rigorous maintenance and care.
If you service and maintain your equipment it can last years and I still have it.
Using a flat surface cleaner such as a 15" himore generic attachment will clean your patio but will take ages and the water volume is no where near the quality of a larger machine.
If you really want to start out and get into pressure washing it may be an option.
Most Chinese machines all use the same cast pump body and do deliver the water but at around 11lpm or slightly lower
