Covering Controller cables etc

Whats the best way of covering & tidying Cables from controller when placed in the rear near van doors . connecting back to Batteries near water tank on Bulk head.
Hiding them from sight .

I dont think this one is pre split . Making it easier to feed cable into . Suppose i can just use a Stanley knife & end up in A&E HaHa

The stuff I have got is solid but it has a score line so you can split it easily along the full length or just small bits as needed
