If i lived abroad and had a trustworthy person to work for me what would be the best way to go about things when it comes to...
1. Fuel? Would he need to track his milage and then I'll send him fuel costs?
2. what would be the best way of getting the money customers pay in cash? Would the employer put the cash into his account and then send it over?
3. Should I set up job lists and send it to him?
4.Who's pays for the water?
Any other advice would be appreciated
