Virosol question

Just a quick question regarding Virosol …. Can you spray it on upvc frames ? Does it effect the glass if it makes contact ?

I used to use that years ago along with ubik on conny roofs and fascias and never had any problems with it over spraying onto the glass. I use razr wash these days and much prefer it. I only ever found problems using hypo/bleech and tfr as they can stain the pvc if left to dry out especially on hot sunny days.

Yes you can use it on any glass and upvc product dilute it 10-1 and it will work well you don’t need it any stronger

lordy, its been that many years since i've used that i had to google it, its not bad stuff but there are better products around depending on what you need to acheive

I’m a big fan of razer wash i do use hypo on most though as its less effort scrubbing virosol will stain windows if to strong or left to dry in sun i think it was Smurf who was the first to use ubik and virosol seems like a life time ago

I use screwfix degreaser. It`s decent for the price. On hearing such positive remarks about razor wash, I`m very tempted to give it a try. Can anyone tell me how it differs from degreasers?
