Xline water tank not filling up. Brand new

Hi guys. First post here.
I bought two xline 750 litre RO systems and one does not fill up. It does flush, it says it is filling up but it doesnt.
Water goes through somehow but Im unable to see why it doesnt work.
We have checked solenoids, filters… all seems ok. And membranes - filters are brand new.
Help!

Does it flush for the time it's supposed to, then you should hear the flush solenoid close. Does the volume of water coming out of the waste pipe change when it switches between flush and fill?
It's bank holiday but try and ring and email xline as you may get an answer.

Yes it flushed for the 5 minutes its meant to then you hear the solenoid switch but it doesnt fill. We removed the pipe just before the solenoid and the water flow is really weak, despite the hose lioe lressure goung into the tank being more than adequate (our other van fills up just fine). It feels like something is reducing the flow rate…
