Our Commercial work - which is made up of local shops, pubs, restaurants, doctors surgerys, petrol stations, offices - some cleaned weekly - some monthly.
Our Domestic work is geographically organised into areas of Crawley, Copthorne, Crawley Down, Felbridge area, Horley, Haywards Heath and Godstone.
We have been established for 35 years and have many loyal customers.
The summary I have attached shows the income that each round brings in on a monthly basis in the last column. I have used this to calculate the value of my round - based on a 10X commercial monthly value and a 4x domestic monthly value - to be in the region of £45,000
The round is currently run by sub contractors and for the last 2-3 years I have organised the work only.
I have attached a summary of the various areas we cover, the number of jobs in each area and the monthly income from each.
We would prefer to sell as a whole - but will consider selling the separate areas off if required. All our work is organised on Cleanerplanner and could be easily transferred to fit with existing work. I am retiring from window cleaning and without my subcontractors would not be able to keep up with the level of work I have.
