5 storey block with 300 windows

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Sorry for delay in response we have been flat out, pardon the pun.

We just completed the wash down on 9 Town houses on the same development which included pressure washing from 1st storey down and windows for which we have invoiced for 1.5k.

We are using a 1000 litre ionic wfp system with lightweight carbon Pole s, the job for the 1st phase starts in January with 3 phases in total which will be just over 1000 windows.

We will also be cleaning interior windows in all communal areas.

In response also I have been cleaning domestic for 3 years and worked for a company on domestic for a further 12 months, the development company who built the apartments is a close friend of over 25 years and has invested in equipment totaling over 30k. I could take advice on what he is prepared to pay on invoice but want to have an idea of what we should invoice.
We do work countrywide and the prices vary dramatically, on standard 2 bed apartments our prices vary between £5 and £13 per flat. This is usually only up to 4 floors and also depends on if they're privately owned or investment properties to rent out. My personal experience tells me if you can get £10 a flat, not including balconies that you don't have access to, you will make decent money, 2 people should do at least a 100 flats a day.

Yes growing up being respectful, grateful, and well mannered or get slapped or beaten with a slipper because discipline was a way of life then. I believe it's now named child abuse
did you grow up in the 60's/70's austin? my childhood was the same based on respect and, its a shame younger people aren't taught those same principles, my boys 30 and 25 years old are no angels but will hold a door open for a female or older person without thinking its all about the upbringing.

nowadays people just want to fire a question on a forum and sit back to gain answers, theres no please or thank you's when they get the desired answer-they just move on and thats the problem, theres so many willing to give input to help someone out who'll neither thank you for the time given to help them or get back to you to say it worked. thats why i post very little, its a waste of my time to help someone when they don't have the common courtesy to say thank you.

If he is the developer then it sounds like a builders clean to me.His getting you to clean them up after the builders have been and before hand over.

Contracts for blocks of flats are 99% of the time run by a management company.

if this is the case? You'll get one clean out of him and the worst one at that charge very, very, very  well for it.
