Disagree...I've had first cleans take a least three times as long as a maintenance clean...I guess it depends what standard you feel is acceptable...I'm probably too fussy.

When taking on a new regular I charge double if the windows are in a state and I reckon I'm doing them a big favour at that price...if it was a one off it's triple minimum or possibly X4 if I feel I can get away with it (or don't want it).
