Hi all, my round is building nicely and new work is coming from the canvassing I'm doing. Just took on a couple of jobs though where the only access to the rear of the properties is quite literally through the living rooms.

I think it could be a bit much wheeling my 25l trolley through someones living room so I've been looking at alternatives such as gardiners backpack and similar.

I've come across this in my searches Sealey portable washer

Is there any reason this wouldnt work for wfp on the odd domestic job?

Has anyone tried this brand or similar?

Thanks in advance, Nathan

I don't know the price but I'll assume you're asking because it's cheaper. My advice would be pay the extra for a known item rather than chancing an unknown to save £20. False economy at times

Its for sale close to me for £35 mate. If there was only a few quid in it id get a Gardiner but its about £85 cheaper if I have to pay the asking price.

I havnt a scooby about that backpack I have a few houses that require going thru kitchens and living rooms, that's where my half filled gardiner backpack comes into its own much easier that carry the pf nano.

Just checked the specs

Pretty much same as gardiner v3 but higher psi pump

Also not long operating time from battery when v3 has 9 hrs between charges which in reality is around 3 days between charges for me being used 100% of my jobs

Thanks for the reply Dave. I'm not too worried about the battery life as it will quite literally be used very occassionally. If the pump pressure is higher than the Gardiner then it should be able to push the water through the hose and pole.

That's a battery powered Pressure Washer I had one, I have a Liteboy it uses a tiny Lithium Ion battery and is ideal for carrying through houses.

Pressure looks good, but my concern would be with the 2.5lpm. I've got a 12ltr model which provides only 60psi but pushes through 3.2lpm and it's only just about fine for me for small jobs with a short hose. However, mine has space in the bottom where I can swap out the pump for a slightly bigger one if I wish. So if that one comes apart easily you could do the same if you found it wasn't powerful enough. The pumps aren't very expensive if you don't mind a bit of DIY.

This is my experience and may not be shared by others

I have something similar from ebay. It was a about £30 delivered. 16l backpack spray with a handle .

Don't worry about buying a "brand" these backpack sprayers are all the same cheap Chinese **** components inside just got different stickers on.

All easy to open up and all parts pumps , battery's, etc all easily replaceable.
