That would depend on your budget you could spend £200 or in excess of £500, I use a Gardiners Xtreme-22 as my daily pole but not everyone would be willing to spend as much on a pole.

I find my slx 25 is prefect for me. I can't warrant the extra for an extreme coupled with shorter life.
I found the 22 too short as in each ection is too short, I kept pulling the sections past the stops

I use extreme poles 18’ covers most of my work also the 25 with the 35’ add on extension pack when needed.
The difference between the slx25 and extreme is that the slx especially when you add extensions 6 - 9 is quite whippy compared to the extreme.
Lots of difference if doing windows above big connies as well the one thing I personally don’t like on both the extreme and slx25 is the longer closed length compared to the 18’ and 22’
