Has anyone got any recommendations for a booster pump that is pretty silent in operation? I heard one last week and it sounded like a jackhammer. Cheers in advance ?

I needed one badly when i moved to a house with 30 odd psi pressure. needed one for a 40/21 and got it from daqua, its a shurflo and isnt that noisy. noise increases a bit as you gradually close the waste valve on the ro to get to decent pressure. Mine works out best at 85 to 90. Any higher and doesnt seem any point. Prob none of them are ideal to operate through the night, but no need as speeds up production greatly.

My pressure is 55psi and am actually in the process of buying a ro system online today, I know pressure affects the output and if too low can prematurely age the membrane but as I don't need it to be running all day I'm just sussing out options... although I have to put up with yapping dogs either side of me maybe some sweet revenge in there too ?
