Bordon?

Hi, my nearest pure water station is camberley which is a 30 min drive. I only have my back pack and two barrels to fill. Anyone anywhere closer to Bordon, Hampshire that I can buy water from?

Buy some more barrels. You might find a friendly car wash that have lots of barrels going spare or may be for a few beer tokens.
You really don't want to be driving all the way over to Camberly to get enough water for a single house!!! Any money you earn will go on fuel!

When I started I used my car and had 4 barrels in the boot and an extra 2 behind the front seats - all strapped in just in case of an accident as you don't want 25kg barrels hitting you in the back!!

If @Part Timer is close by and has time it would be a great opportunity to see a seasoned pro in action - you might learn some great stuff. You might see the technique he uses and the speed he works, it might give you an idea what's achievable long term. For the sake of a few hrs and a few ££ in fuel it might really help you, it's only down the A31 from you.

When we work in Bordon we now stop in Petersfield and fill up in Winchester on the way down, from Swindon. We aren't based in Winchester, a tad further away. We are working for a day, probably Aug 16th, near Oakmoor School so if you want to watch, ask questions, you're welcome to come along.

What vehicle is it you use Liam?
I occasionally use my Mrs' citreon c4 when my vans at the garage, I can get eight barrels in there no problem, and it's only the hatchback version.
