Cellotape on windows

I got an inside clean and the windows are covered with years of strongly stuck on tape.  What is the best way to remove it?

Fairy liquid in water and an unger scrapper, will slide right off.

Same if outside

Keep your blades new, change regular.

Be prepared for a pain the backside, one school I did took 3x longer than I first thought.

New scraper blades in a scraper and keep the window wet at all times otherwise you will scratch the glass. Keep changing the blades

I like to use tec7 multi spray first, to loosen the glue. Then plenty of water to soak the tape so the glue softens, then fresh scraper. Rinse and repeat.

I spent close to two hours on two doors with frosted tape on..

Plus get some sticky stuff from B&Q for the tougher bits
