Is that conny ladder worth getting?

Comes in handy on some awkward jobs but I find most of the time can deep clean a conny roof from a normal ladder with a stand-off.

how do you get the top ridge by just using a stanf off?

One method used is like this but as you can see in the vid the pointy bits still look discoloured to me
