You defo do get what you pay for. In this case i think £379 is an absolute bargain, especially when i compare it to how much it was costing in resin. I will give it a week and have a play around and do some different configurations. So far though im really happy with it. Good to know its running at 94%. The only downside to it so far was there was no instructions with it at all. Tricky to figure the system out as id never seen one set up n working. Anyone thinking of getting an RO, id highly recommend the system at the price

I just can't believe that they didn't supply instructions. They been selling reverse osmosis units into the market for quite some time so you would have expected that they would have got around to writing some basis setup instructions.

Again its you get what you pay for.

Mine came with a A4 piece of paper with instructions on both sides, if I remember right it was folded up with the invoice in the clear plastic stick on envelope on the front of the parcel. Also included a YouTube link with a video on how to install the membrane, I don't agree with your comment on you get what you pay for I found lee's service very quick well packaged, most of it already assembled and he was on the end of the phone whenever I needed help or reference.

The product was very well packaged, i was on about from my lack of knowledge and not having seen an ro in person that having no instructions left me a bit out of my depth. I cant knock the system at all. Iv seen similar systems to this at 3 even 4 times the price. At 379 its an absolute bargain. Instructions or not. Would have been a help if i did have them. Defo not knocking the service or the system. Came the following day. I did check inside the invoice sealed on the front but it wernt in there
