Controller unit flashing fill how do i switch it off?

So my controller unit on my xline state. Is flashing fill I've tried holding up and down to switch it off but no luck how do i switch the unit off? cheers Matt.

On mine you have to time it so when it flashes fill, that’s when you push the up and down together for a few seconds.
