Just got it from amazon £101.72
when they come LYTES often have quite a lot of sharp edges , i recommend you file down the edges as they can easily cut your fingers

Well done mate on your first clean looks realy good!! Ive got my fist customer clean tomozs but ive been practacing on my house and my familys houses to get pratice in of cleaning and ladder work. I also use an a frame ladder and find them easyer to use once u get used to them.

Nice one mate cheers  All the best with your first clean do a good thorough job and you can't go wrong

You've probably found a ladder by now, and picked your speed up, but I always prefer a heavier ladder to a light one.

Lighter ones are nice to carry about but when you're on the side of a house and a gust of wind blows you into the back garden you'll wish you got the heavy one.

Well done on getting started. Agree with the posts regarding mitts, used mine for a couple of years and they've never fallen off. I've noticed in a couple of your pics the ladder pitch seems a bit shallow, would be fine at that angle if you've got it footed. My biggest worry is the bottom of the ladder sliding out and always secure it if going above a first floor window clean.
