Yea i know but he had paid 6 months in arrear before so thought no problem !

I could accept being paid six monthly if it was payment in advance. Guess I'm lucky my round is relatively small so I'm able to keep a close eye on the financials and usually I only have to harass one or two customers a month that are a bit slack coughing up.

Well got a message saying she will pay by internet and will I continue to clean them even though she isn't living in it. Odd I reply. Apparently for insurance reasons.

All vier a friend of hers.

I will give them a tickle for £8.
