Exceed Hoseless Kits

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Morning all,

Does anyone use the exceed hoseless kit? I’m fed up of tangled pole hose and wondering if this would eliminate it.

Any and all suggestions, problems, etc welcome. I wanna go hoseless so just looking for the easiest way. I use both 26 and 45ft poles.

I did watch @Green Pro Clean Ltd Video but noticed he doesn’t seem to use end caps. My issue is I would brake my poles with them, lol!

I've been using them for just a few weeks now. Much easier. Speak to Sam at Ex-ceed Innovations. Top man. He'll put you right. You just need to make the hole in the end cap bigger (large drill bit. Work the side around the hole like a file). ?

Wrong agian!  Typical Greek!! - We do use end caps, we just make the holes in them larger with a dremmel so the clips slide in and out easier - you obviously weren't watching my video as it shows caps on and off.  Bloody Scots!!

Easiest way for me to go hoseless was using rectus fittings @Master Jedi Alejandro as they were to hand. Bored out the end cap a bit and it slides nicely. Makes all the difference ime time wise with a hoseless setup and a good length reel of pipe :).

You don't need the exceed ejector sleeve or the other little bit's that they sell with it, as they simply aren't needed, all you need is rectus fittings that's it. I have pole hose sticking out of the base of pole about 10" with a female rectus fitting then pole hose from my in line tap and a male rectus fitting to connect to hose from my pole, I also able to add and remove 2 extensions as and when required

I tried that as well but got fed up each time you extend the pole it either disconnects or catches as it enters the pole if you extend the pole once it’s connected then the pole can be to long

Yeah I get the odd disconnect, but I guess for me and I do forget this which is, I don't use an end cap with my pole I use the end rings which are only the the Xtreme-II

@Green Pro Clean Ltd My apologies, I did miss them first time round!

Do you all still use pole hose or do you send the reel hose straight up the hose? And if so how do you find the weight. I liked the idea of Exceeds as they seem to indicate it can be reeled straight on. basically what I want is hose in one hand, pole in the other, not a 2nd load of hose I need to carry like at the moment, if that makes sense.

Thanks, came across this. Which method did you go for?

You keep the pole hose attached to the reel.

I must admit up till a couple of weeks ago I was using the DIY method using the JG fitting and thought it was great.

But having now switched to the exceed stuff it's so much better.

All you need is bung and ejector sleeve forget the rest and yes I do think it's pricey for what it is but I don't regret getting it.

2nd one, works for me

I use Ionic’s 5mm orange pole hose. My longest pole is 30 ft, so I have about 40 ft of pole hose spliced on to the end of my 6mm Streamline pole hose, using a straight 6mm double male connector with 2 compression clips on each side. An Ex-ceed ejecter is fitted to the end of the reel /pole hose. A Univalve set up is fitted in each pole. I have only been using this setup for a few weeks but I get on very well with it. I tried using reel hose straight through at first but I did find it heavy. I do find it much easier not having to carry a loop of hose.

We have around 20 meters of pole hose connected to the microbore on all our hose reels so it’s the pole hose that goes up the pole , hopefully the picture will make sense ,I did try the microbore going up the pole but found it heavy and it took a lot more dirt up inside the pole

So how do you stop the flow when you take the hose out of the jg fitting ?...
Small offcut of hose, kink pole hose and then place off cut of garden hose over to stop flow very simple and very effective.

Doesn’t this method ruin the hose, if you continually bend the hose?
