Interesting you should say that. Getting the pouch with my package has prompted me to set up like this also.. in car all ready to give it a go in morning....

That was my gift from Moerman for being on the testing team. If you want to order from U.K. I've had excellent service from Cleaning Spot (email for a freight cost though. Their online freight calculator will make your eyeballs bleed). I still believe Racensteins in the US are hard to beat for us guys down under. Once they become widely available I'll probably place an order with them. I've got a couple of other guys over here keen to order as well so splitting freight 3 or 4 ways makes it really economical. The other option is Windows101. They push the fact they're happy to freight internationally as well.

Think I'll be emailing Peter Erken again at Window cleaning world, asking when his delivery is due.

I ordered an Excelerator from WCW early yesterday morning and apart from a order confirmation email I'm yet to here of any information regarding its delivery.

Has anyone had trouble ordering from them?

I find it a little annoying that you are forced to pay £5.95 +vat for next day delivery and then not get it.

It says that the order hasn't been sent out yet so its unlikely to turn up tomorrow.

I'm guessing that they may be having some problems with stock which is stopping them sending them out on time but it's unfair to not make that known to potential customers expecting next day delivery after paying for next day delivery.

Ah right. Not sure why mine hasn't been sent out yet then.

I ordered at about 8am yesterday but at the moment its just saying processed but not sent.

The money has already come out of my account so that isn't a problem.

I've emailed them so I guess I'll just have to wait until tomorrow to find out whats happened.

Seriously wcw do seem to be hit and miss

I know some people who have had no issues

Some who have had loads of issues

I broke a facelift pole clamp and had a replacement next day

im guna order a combonator and a excelerator boath look nice

I got a 14" combinator did the mod and to be honest it was all great for the first week thinking I'm going quick but add up the time you keep going back and forth to the bucket as it doesn't hold a great deal of water.. Save your dosh mate and just get the EXCELERATOR! Can vouch it's a great bit of kit... That really has speeded things up!
