Fed up of window cleaning

I don’t think there is anything safer and more stable in regards to earning regular money than window cleaning.

Granted add ons can probably earn you more per day but you have to keep advertising or bringing the work in to keep busy.

I only do windows and I have about 3 sites where gutter cleaning is in on the contract.I hate it!
window cleaning can be much easier and more profitable for me.

Like most things though it comes down to the individual,There’s no point if after a year you hate cleaning windows move in to something else that you like more the money will follow later.

The willywaving has always and will always go on.A lot of window cleaners I’ve meet are quite insecure and feel the need to tell the world what they are earning and how much work they have.
Some people will get 2 or 3 vans out and let the success go to their heads and look down on one man bands.
Success again is defined by the individual you could have come out of a minimum wage dead end job to working for yourself earning 40k+ .Celebrate the wins.

Yeah my mums supportive of it. My dad used to run businesses before he left and she’d help out a lot with them she said I’m like him with my decision making she said I shouldn’t have taken someone on so soon also. Maybe she’s right. Being young has its benefits I can make mistakes and **** up now and go back to the drawing board without worrying too much and with no dependents it’s even better.

It’ll all come along eventually Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither was any business.

It's good that you have a mentor of sorts who is close to you and who you can trust to give sound guidance and advice, not everyone has this,

Thinking on this thread it made me think of a lad I know a little, he came into some money about 20 years ago he bought up a window cleaning business he had a few lads working for him and he was like a slave master shouting at them and making demands his dad was a drinker and a gambler this lad didn't last too long,

I heard nothing about him for over 15 years then I heard he had another business I think he sold that one and ventured into window cleaning again around 3 years ago he sold after a year or so and went into something else, then a few months ago he bought another window cleaning business, it's anyone guess how long this venture will last,

@Ethan EZ -Clean I'd say stick at it life isn't easy on the whole, you have to take the rough with the smooth
