You could prob get 350L-400L in there sure be okay on weight but when full with other stuff prob be on the limits nearly. So you would need to check weight limit

Which model? Some have a bigger payload, and which shape - I have the ugly new one with the higher payload and even with the 1.3 engine I don't notice my 350ltrs in the back

Easiest way - if you don't know your payload - is do a google for 'combo 2000 payload' it brings up Parkers, which lists all the models and there payloads. Work your max tank capacity back from that factoring in all your other bits including you
