I use that brush and the blue bristles on the side are actually really stiff, so that with a swivel would work wellGreat for cobwebs but not that stiff on the actual edge you'll need to navigate into the tight corner. That's my opinion based on owning one.
It's a tricky one because you can't see the lower frame edges high up when you are on the ground.
For a first clean using the stiffest standard brush you can find would help and possibly switch them over if needed
