This is a two part question.

1) Do you double the regular quoted price for first Cleans?

2) Do you use any addition chemicals other than soap and cloths?

Many thanks for any incite!

1. Yes double the price
2. Yes , depending what they are like on white upvc we use a weak hypo mix unless they have black staining from perished seals they come up like new 99% of the time customers are always impressed. Just re read your question and think you might be trad cleaner ? We use WFP but after the initial clean all subsequent maintenance cleans are so much easier and quicker what ever method you use .

Hey PJJ,

Yes I'm a traditional cleaner. I've seen people have used a handheld spray. I'm assuming this is a watered down version of a uPVC cleaner and not neat?

P. S, I'm also a fellow Firefighter (Cambs) 🍻

i carry a bottle of CIF cream cleaner and apply it via soppying wet rag to the frames they really come up lovely then. As regards extra charge for 1st clean iv never done that but i ask a lot of questions before i come to clean,im trying to find out are they a reliable sort.Rather than charge double id rather pull out of attending a clean that has shown a red flag in the questioning. The best question is "are you looking for a one -off? we are quite happy to do them?" if they say yes i then refer them onto my bro who does that side of the work-only he never does and lives abroad.
