Obviously if you are still building a round it might be unwise to charge the double first clean price but we don’t need the work and I find it sorts out the messers and one off cleans 

Absolutely. When building a round I generally charge the same for first cleans and view, the extra time as an investment. After all they will probably be a customer for a long time and every other time will take me half the time approx.
