About £180-200 from my estimations. Though the julien balconies are going to be a PITA.

Id personally go 140-160, but round here prices have always been cheaper

I'm just working it out at about 12 flats + communal areas and I do a block of 4 flats now with just an entrance area for £40.

Costs of living where I am are a joke though mate so it's swings and roundabouts!
