Whats the latest on how you get a CSCS green card lads please? Looks like its changed from a simple day course and test? Im wary that you can get sent pillar to post with these different companies and spend silly money. I got mine a year or two back when it was the simpler way. Just seeing for a friend. Thanks! ?

I got mine last summer proberly same way you did. far as I know its still muilt choice question to get red labours temp card valid for 6 months, then the H@S course with 2 years to then turn it into green labour card. cost me about 125 odd quid I think in total. best number I called was cscs 03449944777, website www.cscs.co.uk far as I know this is the number to speak the the genuine govering body. there the only people I called that I got a stright ansaw from on what to do. theres alot of pretend brookers online claiming to be the direct contact that will flannel and over charge. far as I know the cost of the card is fully refundedable if your vat registered or in the employment of someone else cause its health and safty related. that was a good thing thay told me on the corse that any PPE or safty related thing is fully refundable by goverment. can be used to off set tax bill. hope that helps
