GoCardless set up, customers

Hi,

Is it possible to setup different groups on GC, example, Round area then add customers from that round in seperate groups, ATM all customers are on the same page so you have to go through them all to find the ones who need to pay for todays work, then click pay,

Id like to get customers in say round 1 , then just get these ustomers up to get payment from.

Im sure you know what i mean, ive emailed GC support for advice.

It may be in Plans im not sure yet

You can upload a batch of payments from a spreadsheet. Better still use cleaner planner and it's all done for you

I faced this problem but on aworka/cleaner planner you link them and when you are on your app when you click paid it automatically takes the payment

So when you have done a job that is set up to gocardless you go on the cleaner planner app go to that job and click done and paid and that will start the gocardless collection from customer. Is that what your saying?

No you in CP you mark a job(s) as done then go into the CP debts page and click on start GoCardless this will then make the request for payments via GC from 1 to however many customers owe you that are signed up to pay via GoCardless.

Then on the day the debts are paid into your bank account it marks the debt as paid within Cleaner Planner.

Question for guys who use cleaner planner and go cardless..... can you integrate it with existing GoCardless customers or do you have to get them to sign up again using the cleaner planner widget/link?

As long as you put their email address they used to sign up to gocardless into their details in cleaner planner it will match them up automatically.

I used to do a similar thing but once I got a fair few customers on GC it became more of a hassle and at times I would miss some out .

I know what u mean ..What I do mate is when I get a new customer on gocardless when I add there details into George I put GC next to the addres in brackets so I know that day who to collect from via gocardless ..

I answered your post but got mixed up with who I should have answered to /emoticons/biggrin.png , I prefer for the debt to be marked paid once it is cleared funds in my account how about you , I also prefer to collect on as many as possible in one go but usually make requests on a Tuesday night and Friday before 12pm so I get 2 payouts a week .

Hi , what is Go cardless ??? Is there a software app us window cleaners can use ? I was just looking at going contactless with PayPal
