Yes, that is one thing it has in its favour, about the only thing in its favour though :gush:. The bloke has said I could rest the ladders on the top. I did tell him I might break his conservatory doing that though /emoticons/biggrin.png

Mind you he has got to mull over the price I quoted first. Not arsed if I get it or not tbh.

could the windows sloping towards the house be reachable of a step ladder from the side of the conny and the first floor windows from the back of the conny ,either that or hire the conny ladder which would be doable at the ridge of the roof , dont mind smurf id say if you had his money youd burn your own :laugh:
