If they wanted it done every 3 months which I'm guessing that is how often she really wants them doing then I would charge the same as a one-off clean and just looking at the front would charge in the region of £65 for the hassle.... That's including arsehole tax /emoticons/biggrin.png

I'm also thinking you're also going to have to wear yer missus high heals to reach those roof windows with that pole

By the way, already quoted it, and I know it is going to be trouble, she has had two window cleaners already, filthy windows and was complaining the last window cleaners were too expensive, then said 8 weekly cleans were far to regular for her.

Ended up coming to a compromise, and now wish I hadn't, but lets see what you guys would quote, its got 4 windows on the left side same as those on the front, 3 on the right side and another door.

Way too cheap and like Smurf said she is going to be a messer, 100%, as I walked away I thought I should have quoted through the roof to get rid.

And the dorma windows aren't actually set that far back, had a drive past earlier, its a 5min walk from my house and I think I should get them, though its going to be close.

I think you might get a shock when you have to get the angle to clean the dorma windows , you might end up on the path ... Can you not try saying you quoted for fronts only . Then reassess the price

We all have to learn how to clean different types of properties and that is a great one to start with

Had another one today as well, quoted for a conservatory and windows last week, she said she wanted it doing tomorrow, then windows every 8 weeks, fine I say, she named the day etc.

Just mailed an hour ago asking if I can leave it this time and do it in 4 weeks.......

Doubt I'll bother, another messer.

hmmm yes they seem to like to try it on...i had one to day....extra fiver first clean....next door said oh its £15 so i said well yours dont look as dirty...i should have kept my mouth shut....she handed me a tenner as she went out...i was thinking maybe £12 first time.....hmmmm some you win a lot you lose...

Why not do it every 8 weeks bud , just tell her you ll agree to it only if she agrees to her windows getting cleaned in light rain etc It a game of give and take for 8 weekers
