In your opinion. Same rule doesn't apply to everyone, surely you've customers that are more comfy with a casual approach than the logo and dress code..

No way is there one set way to be that suits every customer.

There has been actual scientific study on the topic of apperance and prrsentation.
Two chaps were used. Chap one was a 29 year old building expert having been in the industry since 14 and gotten engineering degrees through night school etc.

Chap two was a 54 year old 'extras actor' whom they trained up on the lingo.

The 'expert' was dressed in chavy clothing bling baseball hat unkenpt apperance and *** hanging out his gob.

He would arrive at the quotes and give a very accurate assessment and quotation for the job whilst talking like a big brother wannabee 'ello luv, got it sorted ere innit?' and so on.

The actor would go to the same quote in proper work clothes flat clap and spectales with pipe in hand and be all. 'Good afternoon madam, what can I do for you today?'

Already knowing what the pro quote was he would go 25% higher and win 9 out of the 10 quotes for the work.

All guinnea pig customers said it was how he came across.

Leave it to you to interpret.
would imagine why the expert was unpopular was because he was faking being a big brother wannabee ,jimmy savile -ish he would be seen as a faker easily with that corny unconvincing chat

onto the actor ,i cant imagine anyone David dickinson-ish turning up with a pipe in his hand being popular either!
