How often to clean your pole?

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Pole I clean once every two weeks, brush is almost daily I get so much cobwebs and grit in the things. In fact when I'm cleaning I'm always wiping the brush head on the brickwork to get rid of cobwebs.
And picking up more grit

If there's a load of **** on the brush, I will some times rub it sideways (not across as though you're cleaning the sill) on on a sill. I then rinse that pane of glass again because of all the muck flicked on it. Gets the brush clean though

Yeah bit stupid really but I can't figure out a decent way of getting the cobwebs off the end of a brush quickly other than taking the brush down and cleaning with a scrim. Is there no brush "comb" you can get that grabs most of the **** out of the brush?
