Hi Guys, I've got these windows & walls to clean next week and I was just wondering if there's an alternative way to clean these windows from the ground without the use of a boom lift. I have a couple of Gardiner Extreme 35's that easily reaches.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

TIA

Those to a point look very easy to clean a Gardiners Ultimate or Xtreme brush will go through the bars no problem at all, I'd say the issue comes at the bottom 10" or so because of the balconies coming out from the wall it may be possible to do the very bottom of the units if you had a 50ft pole or not because to get the very bottom of the glass you will need to be further away from the building,

You'll need extensions or bigger poles and long gooseneck's @Part Timer may be able to better advise

Cannot see properly from the picture but some balconies you can put the brush side ways easier with a swivel and do the glass between the up and down railings if there are cross bars you might not be able to do it all.

Is it possible to have like a 'Z' shape attachment to do one's like these? Always wondered whether it would be possible to have a angle adaptor about 1 metre from the end of the pole and then have a 1 metre section with another angle adaptor with the brush on it to create a 'z' like shape so it goes over the balcony but comes down the other side with the brush turned upwards to get to the glass.

I was also thinking of the 'Z' shape idea but couldn't find the components required.
I'm pretty sure the idea of turning the brush head vertically along with a QUICK-LOQ LONG CARBON GOOSENECK 25" (63CM) 55° - DEEP REACH coupled with the Close Coupled Jet Hose Assembly will do the trick perfectly.
Thanks for all the suggestions guys.
If Gardiner confirm the components will work with my poles then 'Part Timer' you have saved me time and money plus all that faffing about getting a boom into place for 2 minute cleans
