Hi lads,

I'm totally new to this window cleaning game, I hope you dont think this sounds daft but is anybody out there willing to let me give them the odd phone call, so I can pick their brains and get any tips and advice, I'm planning on doing commercial work ( car showrooms, mid-size store fronts etc) no mobile numbers please, their too expensive to ring.

If any one can help a Geordie in need it would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

Sam Walton.

we all here to help you out on this forum! just need to ask.

it will be hard for you to go straight into commercial jobs as a new guy, lot of them want guys that been doing it a long time etc. best start on houses and build upto the commercial jobs.

I am on forum most days and will be happy to help with advice if I can!

In my experience everyone on this forum is always happy to give advice or help if possible so feel free to post away LOL!

Hi Sam, and welcome to the wonderful world of window cleaning.

One of the main purposes of this forum is to share ideas that will help us to enhance our businesses, and the great thing is is that we never stop learning. I have been in the game for 15 years and yet am still picking useful tips that I think 'wow, why didn't I think of that?'

If you have any questions that you need an answer to, post it up and someone will be along to help.

Regards,

John

For crying out loud, just don't go ringing h every night! If a custy takes more than 5 seconds to answer the door he labels them messers and drops them /emoticons/smile.png

I reckon he'd have a thousand custies if he stopped ditching them /emoticons/smile.png

( sorry h, couldn't resist!)
